Description
Masoor Whole is a small unshelled lentils with a brown seed coat and an orange-red cotyledon, widely grown in India. It has an earthly flavour, easy to digest and is very palatable. Masoor whole is nutritionally mighty and a very good source of cholesterol lowering dietary fiber. Whole crimson lentils are great in a salad, curry or a Dal. They do not melt away into the dish, they hold their shape and firmness after the right amount of cooking time so that you can enjoy the texture and taste.
